Brown & Brown posts 14.8% increase in 3Q profits

Brown & Brown Inc. reported net income of $46.2 million, or 33 cents a share, for the third quarter of 2007, an increase of 14.8 percent from the $40.2 million, or 29 cents a share, reported for the third quarter of 2006. (BRO)
