November 16: The Lake Mitchell Homeowners and Boat Owners Association will hold a meeting at the Alabama Power Conference Center at 6:30 p.m. Speaker Patty Hurley of the Alabama Department of Environmental Management will discuss environmentally friendly landscaping, and Charles Stover of Alabama Power will discuss Alabama/Georgia water rights.
