Carl Weckel RANDOLPH - Carl George Weckel, 88, died Friday, Dec. 7, 2007, at Union Grove, Ala. He was born July 15, 1919, in Cleveland, Ohio, to the late Carl and Anna Marie Weckel. He moved from New Orleans to Randolph in 1973 after his retirement as an accountant for the State of Louisiana.
