PARDONED convict Norberto Manero, Jr. yes-terday asked for help from Mayor Rodrigo Duterte to facilitate the release of his brother who was kidnapped by the New People?s Army last May 11 following a raid of a banana plantation in Barangay Pang-yan, Calinan District.
